The leases bring to rentals at the eight-story property, located in the technology corridor, to more than 70,000 sf in the last 18 months. At the intersection of Broadway, Hampshire and Portland streets and just one block from Kendall Square, the building counts among its tenants Mitsubishi Electric Research, Integrated Computer Solutions and Outcome Sciences Inc.

Lease negotiations for Wilkins and Quantina were handled by Charles Kavoogian and Eric Smith, both with CB Richard Ellis/New England, while Keith Coulter of the McPherson Corp., handled the New Agora details. Curtis Cole, also of CB Richard Ellis/New England, represented Davis.
