The retailer joins a host of other businesses, including Payless Shoes, Citizens Bank, Bedford Jewelers and Radio Shack at the strip mall. "It's a pretty strong strip of retail," Chris Cardoni, marketing manager for Finard & Co., which handled the transaction for the owner. "It has great demographics, good income and a great location." Details of the long-term lease were not disclosed.

The office supply store is the fourth major tenant at the plaza, whose anchors also include Stop & Shop, TJ Maxx and Home Goods. About 5,000 sf of retail space is currently available for lease, Cardotti says.
