Jeff Thornton, senior leasing representative for the Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp., tells GlobeSt.com that Dunbar Associates Inc. is doubling its operating and headquarters space with the relocation to 1443 Wainwright Way in Carrollton from 2474 Manana Dr. in Dallas. Mark Miller with Dallas-based Robert Lynn Co. represented Dunbar Associates.
Thornton says the deal was in the marketplace for quite awhile. "Trinity Mills VII was the best fit from Day 1," he says.
Duke is retooling the new tenant's space with 3,000 sf of office area, with the balance earmarked as a regional distribution center. The Trinity Mills Business Park space had been on the market for $3.15 per sf net.
