Jim Thomson, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that Draeger Medical Systems will move into the building, formerly occupied by Phillips Electronics, in April once build out of the interior is completed. Terms of the lease were not made available. Thomson, along with Rich Ruggiero and Torin Taylor, also with Cushman & Wakefield represented Draeger, while Brian Hines and Mark Mulvey, both with Trammell Crow represented the owner CrossHarbor Capital.

The Tech Drive property was built in 1987 as part of the 66-acre Andover Tech Center, which has an estimated total development potential of 750,000 sf. Located near Interstates 495 and 93, the building's amenities include an on-site cafeteria.
