The company sealed the deal after shopping the market a bit, Meredith & Grew senior vice president John Butterworth tells GlobeSt.com. He says that after company managers educated themselves on market availability and rental rates in the area, they realized the best deal kept them in the same building they have called home for the last five years.
The lease renewal, terms of which were not released, leaves about 6,200 sf still vacant in the two-story building where space generally rents in the upper teens to low $20s per sf. Butterworth represented the tenant. Owner Maric Inc. was represented by Brian Hines of Trammell Crow and David Gillies of Maric.
