John Hannigan and Alan Peterson of Choyce Peterson, Inc. of Stamford, CT, represented Private Office. George Russell, president and chief executive officer of Private Office, says the company's Rye Brook location will open in late December. Russell, who formerly headed HQ Business Centers, says that his firm plans to spend approximately $300,000 in renovations at its existing operation at 70 West Red Oak Lane, that is being renamed "the Private Office at Red Oak." Up until today the operation had been called "the Offices at Red Oak."
The office center at 800 Westchester Ave. will be located on the sixth floor of the building and will contain more than 70 offices of varying sizes, three conference rooms, a seminar room that can seat 30 people, two pantries and two reception areas. There will also be approximately 1,000 sf of storage space. 800 Westchester Ave. is owned by RPW Group of White Plains.
Among the improvements planned for its office center at 70 West Red Oak Lane, the headquarters of the USTA, include installation of a voice-over Internet phone system, a significant increase in conference room space, new carpeting, a second reception area and an expansion of audio/visual services. The center currently contains 77 offices, seven workstations, three conference rooms, a seminar room that can accommodate 50 people, two kitchens and two reception areas.
