The Transwestern Commercial Services team consisting of Andy Stape, Bob Filley and Joe Friedman of the Transwestern Asset Investment Sales Group and Caulley Deringer of Transwestern's Vienna, VA office represented Lexington.

Developed in 1987, ownership of the property last changed hands six years ago in a $19-million sale-leaseback that allowed high-technology company NEC to continue using the building as its regional headquarters. According to Fairfax County real estate records, the property has a current assessed value of $15 million.
