Spinelli interrupted an 18-year tenure with Binswanger to take a post as SVP of Chicago-based First Industrial's integrated industrial solutions corporate real estate program. Prior to that, he headed the industrial services group at Jones Lang LaSalle. In his new post, he will manage and oversee expansion of the company's national sales force.
Gonzalez previously worked in the real estate department of United Parcel Service, most recently as Northeast region real estate manager, based in New York City. He is also a former site selection specialist with Levitz Furniture. With Binswanger, he is charged with providing legal support for international operations and the company's multinational corporate clients.
