"This is the earliest that we've sold out," Brian Jetty, NTCAR's executive vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. The Expo, with 102 exhibitors, will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Grand Hall of the Adam's Mark Hotel at 400 Olive St. in Downtown Dallas.
Jetty says more than 1,800 real estate professionals are expected to attend. He credits partnerships with the Central Dallas Association, the Downtown Partnership and a BOMA-affiliated publication with this year's early sell-out and record-breaking planned attendance. "I am really pleased," he stresses.
Among the highlights will be a Downtown Corridor, featuring booths by 16 companies with assets in the Dallas CBD. Other exhibitions will include cities' economic development offices, the EPA, technology, space planning and brokerage houses, which have come to view the event as a must-attend.
