JP Plunkett, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the life insurance firm has started phasing its operations into the five-story brick building, located at the junction of Routes 128 the Southeast Expressway. It will complete its relocation by spring 2006.
The firm, which is relocating from about 75,000 sf at 108 Myrtle Street, will occupy the entire 107,000-sf building in the four-building office park. The property's former tenant, CityStreet, has relocated. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Plunkett along with Jay Driscoll, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Aviva, while Andy Majewski, executive vice president, Nat Kessler, vice president and Matt Siciliano, an associate, all with of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented owner NFPA.
