Trust Management, vacating Carter Burgess Plaza at 777 Main St., got ready-to-go, class C space in a class A location at 901 Summit Ave., says Dusty Renfro with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell of Fort Worth. He tells GlobeSt.com that he "knocked on a lot of doors" in the downtown area before finding the right building in the right spot for the 51-year-old Trust Management. The cold call produced a sale with a one-year leaseback for half of a building in sync with the buyer's lease expiration. The recently sold building is assessed at $234,762 by Tarrant County. According to Renfro, the nonprofit organization is polishing a plan to relocate and consolidate in nearby Arlington.

The locally based Woodmont Co. team of Tyler Trahant, James Benson and Will Martin along with Jerry Reis of Property Advisers Realty Inc. of Irving represented Big Brothers Big Sisters, which also recently sold a Dallas building and relocated that part of the operation to the historic Wilson District in East Dallas. The 100-employee nonprofit services 5,000 children since the organizations merged.
