The deal conforms to the seller's partnership strategy, Bob Goldfinger, a partner in Goldfinger-Johnson-Crotty Group at Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office, tells GlobeSt.com. The Goldfinger Group represented the seller. Still Hunter and Evan Kristol of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office negotiated for the buyer. The acquisition was financed by a lender who asked the brokers to withhold its identity, Goldfinger says.
The transaction took a little more than six months to complete, from contract signing to closing. The average asking rent range is $600 per month for one-bedroom, one-bath units to $929 for three-bedroom, two-bath homes.
