Buchanan Street Hires Three in Expansion

Rozelle joins as a VP in Buchanan's debt and structured finance service group, where he will lead a team responsible for advising, structuring and placing debt and equity capital. He formerly spent nine years as an independent consultant, most recently securing commercial mortgages on behalf of owners and developers.

Davies joins Buchanan Street as an SVP in its Investment Sales Group. He will focus on representing owners and developers in the sale of hotel and resort properties, primarily in the Western United States. Davies formerly owned and operated his own hospitality investment advisory firm, the Davies Group.

Feinstein joins Buchanan Street Partners as an associate in its principal equity investment group, where he will be responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments for Buchanan Street Partners. He formerly was an acquisitions analyst for Brookdale Senior Living Inc.
