John Butterworth, with Meredith & Grew, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm opted to stay in the building it has called home for several years because it offered the firm a good location and prime visibility along heavily traveled Route 128.
"It offered them great visibility and a good traffic pattern for their business," Butterworth notes, adding that the building, with an address of 10 Cabot St., also provides good signage from Route 128.
The company shares the two-story, 41,000-sf class A office building with Penn Insurance Co. and Landers and Associates. Terms of the lease were not released, but Butterworth says rental prices in the Needham market range from the low to mid-$20s range per sf gross.
Landlord One Needham Place Realty Trust, was represented in the transaction by Butterworth. The tenant was self-represented.
