The arrangement will keep the office park fully leased with tenants that include Fidelity Investments and several smaller firms. The negotiations were handled for ATI by Leone along with John M. Lashar, and Brian M. McKenzie, also with Richard Barry Joyce & Partners. Craig Brooks, director real estate & campus development for ATI assisted.
