The Atrium Office Center was represented in the transaction by Joe Sklencar Sr., and David Dolan, both senior vice presidents, and office specialist Joe Sklencar Jr. of the Marlton, NJ office of Grubb & Ellis. The Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust was represented in-house. The terms of the transaction were not released; space at the 110,115-sf building is listed on Liberty's website as "negotiable."
"We considered several locations in the area," Sklencar Sr. says. "We determined that Atrium Executive Center's current location was still the best option. It's still a great fit."
3000 Atrium Way, currently 95.8% leased, is within the larger Horizon Corporate Center, a 1.3 million-sf, 15-building campus in South Jersey's Route 73 corridor. The five-story building was built in 1987.
