MONTVILLE, NJ-Redi-Mail Direct Marketing has signed a new lease for a total of 47,000 sf of space at Montville Business Center in a flex building owned by First Industrial Realty Trust. The Chicago-based First Industrial has its New Jersey offices within the complex.
David Knee of Lee & Klatskin Associates, Teterboro, NJ, brokered the signing, the terms of which were not released. The lease represents an expansion for Redi-Mail, which will use the space for ancillary warehouse/distribution purposes. The Red-Mail will continue to occupy three company-owned buildings, including its headquarters, in Fairfield, NJ.
"Redi-Mail is a great addition," says Richard Vanderbeck, First Industrial's marketing and leasing in New Jersey, where the REIT has a portfolio of 2.9 million sf in the northern part of the state. "We were able to provide them with expansion space for their needs."
The tenant is a provider of marketing support services, with a focus on the medical field. The company offers list sourcing, data management and profiling, lettershop, web applications and mail and fulfillment capabilities.
