Precision Communications Inc. will move into the building at 901 Jupiter Rd. in December, Robert O. Fulford II, vice president in Dallas for Grubb & Ellis Co., tells GlobeSt.com. The firm is exiting about 70,000 sf in a nearby building at 1801 10th St.
Fulford says he and partner, Gary Lindsey, senior vice president, have spent nearly 2.5 years marketing the building in advance of Qwest's phase-out of an acquired company. Direct talks began about 10 months ago with Precision Communications' execs and then went quiet until recently when they picked up a major third-party contract, according to Fulford.
The 26-year-old building on 9.6 acres has been on the market for $4 per sf triple net. Fulford says the building, with 40,000 sf of office area, will undergo an extensive finish-out before the new tenant gets its keys.
