Jason Capitani and Al Iafrate of Detroit-based L. Mason Capitani Inc. represented both the tenant and property owner, Troy, MI-based Enterprise Court, LLC Located at 5501 Enterprise, the 45,000-sf property is home to high-tech and engineering companies.
"The space was previously open warehouse, and the landlord is building out the space to meet S.W.E.'s engineering needs," Capitani, a principle with the company, tells GlobeSt.com. "As a result, there wasn't a quoted lease rate, but rather, a rate that reflected the required build-out." The costs of build-out were not disclosed.
In addition to offering engineering and design services, S.W.E. uses robotic applications in the design and development of welding systems and manufacturing. The new space will provide the capabilities for S.W.E.'s technology, and serve as the company's headquarters.
