Certified public accountants and consultants Sullivan & Folan inked a deal with owner the Flatley Co. to take 3,216 sf at 150 Wood Rd. here. Karl Storz Endoscopy-America is leasing 2,130 sf at Batterymarch Park II in Quincy from TIAA CREF. JRT Realty, along with Cathy Minnerly, JP Plunkett and Jason Bryer, all with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the owner.
Also in Braintree, the Compass Group signed on with owner Sun Life to lease 2,030 sf at 300 Granite St. In Norwood, the Morin Law Firm leased 1,518 sf at 100 River Ridge Rd. from XL Global. Cushman & Wakefield's Minnerly, Plunkett and Bryer represented the ownership in all of the deals. Additional information about the transactions was not available at deadline.
