He brings more than 23 years of experience to his new company.
With Codina Juncadilla handled leasing for Beacon Centre, Beacon Industrial Park and Beacon North among other properties. He is also the former tenant representative in Miami for American Express and led headquarters relocations for Delta Airlines and Ryder Systems in South Florida.
In an unrelated start-up, McLeod has partnered with Hank Eng and Steve Maccaux in forming CapitalQuest. Eng, formerly with GE, specializes in finance, mergers and acquisitions and equity and will handle international business and the western region of the US. Maccaux specializes in real estate management, financial investments and stock and bond trading. He will oversee the Midwest region. Although their new companies serve different market segments, McLeod, like Juncadilla, stresses "solutions and efficiencies that can only be offered at a more personal level."
