After searching the market, Q1 Labs extended its sublease on 4,276 sf at the Bay Colony Corporate Center. Greg Hoffmeister, managing director of T3 Realty Advisors, tells GlobeSt.com that because it's a sublease "we got an attractive economic deal for Q1 which allows them to be in a park like this."
The company, which is also searching for a new facility in Canada for its engineering group, shares the building with several venture capital firms, including Polaris, Charles River, Kodiak and Advanced Technology. Terms of the lease deal were not released, said Hoffmeister, who represented the tenant. The owner, Bessemer Ventures, was assisted by Doug Adamian of Grubb & Ellis.
