The sublessor, Bank of America, was represented by Matt McDonough and Tom Grenier, both senior vice presidents in Trammell Crow Co.'s Florham Park, NJ office. Trinitas Hospital was represented by Ian Grusd of ReMax Commercial.
The Elizabeth, NJ-based Trinitas Hospital was created in early 2000 by the consolidation of St. Elizabeth's Hospital and Elizabeth General Medical Center. Besides its main campus in Elizabeth, the institution has multiple existing locations here, as well as facilities in nearby Linden and in Newark.
