Sodexho Takes 18,735 SF at Prospect Hill Office Park

The firm's move into 18,735 sf at its new Waltham location will pare down the size of the company's Massachusetts operation by just over 6,000 sf, Richard M. Robinson, with GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, tells GlobeSt.com. "They were originally located in Waltham so this gets them back to their original location," he says of the seven-year lease arrangement.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Robinson says space in the building, located in Waltham's Prospect Hill Office Park, generally leases for between $22 to $24 per sf gross. The office park, which is 90% leased to firms that include Domantis, Availant, Vistagy and Terredyne, offers Sodexho an office park setting along with amenities that include a daycare facility, fitness center and shuttle service to the nearby Red Line. Along with Richardson, Sodexho was represented by Christopher A. Curley, also with GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens.
