Susan Singer, previously with Transwestern Commercial Services in Dallas, was named senior vice president and managing director for the Northeast Corridor. "We've been looking for someone to run our Northeast office for some time," Kevin Santaularia, Bradford's president, tells GlobeSt.com. "Her experience matched our business platform extremely well related to expanding owner relationships in the Northeast market." He says the search has been under way since January.
Singer, one of three senior vice presidents and managing directors on Bradford's marketing side, is overseeing industrial marketing in Garland, Richardson, Plano and Allen. Marking her first week on the job, she also will tackle office leasing and helping to expand the portfolio in that sector. She most recently was representing portfolio owners of office/tech and office/warehouse properties in Dallas and Austin.
