"Once we got a couple leases done, there was very positive momentum," says Trammell Crow's Joseph Fallon, who handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the building's owner, Maric Inc., along with colleague Sue Donovan. Maric bought the six-story, 163,855-sf office at 492 Old Connecticut Path last year.
"They seized the bull by the horns, made a lot of positive changes inside the building and brought up the quality," Fallon says. Just a year after it purchasing the building, Maric had managed to fill all vacancies.
Steve Rich, of Equis represented Moldflow and Ron Friedman with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners handled the negotiations for Entertainment Software. John Butterworth of Meredith & Grew repped Alliance Consulting, while Kevin Hanna with Cushman & Wakefield represented Pharmanet.
