Aladdin was represented by Colliers ABR Inc.'s Michael Norris of New York City. Norris could not be reached for comment at deadline. The transaction is the second major lease deal signed at the property in less than three weeks. Earlier this month, Stamford law firm Cummings & Lockwood LLC signed a lease for 55,643 sf of space at the building. The law firm will relocate to Six Landmark Square by the end of January of 2006.

The deal with Aladdin brings the nine-story property to approximately 75% leased. The other tenant besides Aladdin and Cummings & Lockwood is Connecticut Business Centers, a Reckson spokesperson says.

Reckson acquired the six building Landmark Square complex in 1996 and engaged in a multi-phased repositioning of the property. Leasing at Six Landmark Square began a few months ago after the building had been vacant for renovations. The renovations at Six Landmark Square, which were completed this past spring, included a newly designed and landscaped plaza, a new double-height lobby, refurbished elevator cab finishes, as well as new restroom facilities and tenant lobbies.
