Building owner Rreef Funds Inc. of San Francisco agreed to fully air condition the industrial space and beef up the power capability at 2700 112th St. Hampson Aerospace Inc., represented by David Dunn with Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington, will move in this weekend.
Dodge says the stair-stepped lease pushes occupancy to 75%. And, activity's been brisk on the 57,000-sf balance, which is quoted at $3.25 per sf, triple net. Dodge teamed with former TCC colleague, J. Cannon Green, who's now the local man on the ground for Denver-based Dividend Capital Trust.
