Forest Capital Partners LLC, which has been located in One Financial Center for the last few years, inked a lease renewal and expansion that will more than double the firm's offices in the building, William Crean, with CB Richard Ellis/New England, tells GlobeSt.com. The company had occupied about 2,300 sf. Terms of that lease were not disclosed.
Crean says the company, whose principals are professional foresters as well as investment managers, opted to stay in the building across the street from South Station because the property offered easy access to public transportation along with an array of amenities, including a conference center, cafeteria, child-care center and travel agency.
Crean handled the deal for the tenant. Robert D. Seaman with Rose Associates Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner, Dewey Square Tower Associates.
