Also renewing its lease on 4,150 sf at Two Newton Place, 255 Washington St. in Newton, was More Magic, an applications service provider. IT consulting and services company Every Networks will upgrade from a class B to a class A building and expand to 8,312 sf. The company previously was housed in 5,700 sf at 411 Waverly Oaks Rd. in Waltham. It expects to move into Bay Colony Office Park at 1050 Winter St. here early next year. Watchung, NJ-based CoWorx Staffing, a solutions provider for employee management, will open a satellite office in 1,587 sf at 470 Totten Pond Rd. here under a new lease arrangement.

Joe Sciolla and Shawn McDonough of Cresa Partners Boston represented all four tenants. Drew Nelson of the Codman Co. represented the owner, Cross Harbor Capital Partners in the More Magic transaction and Ty Janney of Cushman & Wakefield handled the Every Networks deal for owner, Beacon Capital. Boston Properties, owner of the sites in the Mentor Graphics and CoWorx Staffing leases, was self represented. Terms of those leases were not disclosed.
