The law firm was represented by CBRE's Clay Hammerstein, John Zanetos and Stephen Bay, with landlord Beacon Properties represented by John McAniff and John Eichler at Cushman & Wakefield. Burke Williams & Sorensen will occupy the 24th floor and a portion of the 25th floor at its new location.
Most of the existing improvements that are in place at 444 Flower office space proved an ideal fit for the law firm, according to Hammerstein. Burke, Williams & Sorensen originated with a law firm founded in 1927 by two brothers, Louis H. Burke and Martin J. Burke, and Thomas P. White.
