Trammell Crow Co.'s Kerry Olson tells GlobeSt.com that the company, which formerly occupied between 1,000 and 2,000 sf at its Woburn location, selected 25 Corporate Dr. because it was an upgrade from their previous location and it offered amenities that included an on-site cafeteria and fitness room. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but space in the area generally rents in the low $20 per-sf price range.
The property is part of a three-building, 535,000-sf master-planned office park at the intersection of Routes 128 and 3A. It counts among its tenants Filenes Basement, which relocated its headquarters to the park in June. In the last year, the park has seen 112,000 sf of new leasing activity and is currently about 83% filled, Olson says.
Olson, along with colleague Brian Hines, represented the owner, Multi-Employer Property Trust. Ron Friedman and Cal Hudak of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the tenant.
