"They did a search from Westborough to Andover," Lowell Peabody, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. At One Andover Tech Center the firm not only found the office space it needed but a location that would be close to the homes of several key employees, he notes. Terms of that lease were not disclosed.
Peabody says the property's proximity to major highways and within commuting distance to Logan International and Manchester Airports, offered the company the ideal location for its US headquarters. Peabody handled the transaction for the tenant, while Mark Mulvey of Trammell Crow negotiated for the owner.
