In a second school relocation, Commonwealth Learning Center will move from 3,100 sf on Highland Avenue in Needham to 5,600 sf at 220 Reservoir St, under a 10-year lease that gives the company added room to accommodate growth. Innovative Learning Partners LLC, a subtenant at 20 Walnut St. in Wellesley Hills, will add another 2,500 sf to its offices in the same building in January under a five-year lease arrangement. Teachers 21, a national non-profit educational organization that was located in 1,480 sf at 2345 Washington St. in Newton, will expand into 3,200 sf at 34 Washington St. in Wellesley Hills. The firm signed a five-year deal and will move into the site in January.

Liam Hurley with Haynes Management Inc. of Wellesley Hills negotiated all four deals on behalf of the tenants. Terms of all four leases were not disclosed, but Hurley says space in the buildings generally range from the high teens to the high $20 per-sf price range. Gary May of the Conrad Group represented the owner, Petrini Corp., in the Commonwealth, while Jaimie Wight of Wight and Co. represented owner East-West Enterprises in the Wellesley Middle School transaction. Hurley also represented owner Wellesley/Walnut Street LLC in the Innovative Learning negotiations as well as owner Haymac LLC in the Teachers 21 deal.
