The law firm will occupy the entire 31st floor as well as a portion of the 32nd floor of the 52-story skyscraper, which is one of two twin towers at the City National office complex. Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, which was founded in 1890 and has grown to approximately 800 lawyers, plans to move into its new office space in the spring of 2006.
The 555 S. Flower St. building is part of the City National Plaza complex, which formerly was known as Arco Plaza. The 2.7-million-sf complex is owned by Thomas Properties Group, which was represented in-house by Kent Handleman.
