Financial terms of the transaction between Fox and property owner 5151 Wisconsin Associates have not been revealed; however, space in the building is marketed through Bert Donohoe and Don Konz of Donohoe Real Estate Services/Corfac International for $31 per sf. Donohoe and Konz represented the property owner.
Located in the District's Friendship Heights neighborhood bordering Chevy Chase, MD, 5151 Wisconsin Ave. was developed in 1963 and was renovated in 1988. Fox makes its home on the first and second floors and in the lower-level studio space of the five-story building. Other tenants include educational publishers and trainers Teaching Strategies Inc. and the Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation.
