Paul A. Leone, with Richard Barry Joyce and Partners, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm originally began operations in the three-building office park several years ago, taking space at 114 Turnpike Rd. before expanding to an adjacent building at 112 Turnpike. Under the extended lease, which runs through Jan. 31, 2011, eClinicalWorks will add 4,159 sf to its first-floor offices at 114 Turnpike and expand into an additional 10,372 sf on the second floor of 112 Turnpike. The firm's expansion brings occupancy in both buildings to 100%. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Leone says office space in the area generally rents in the high teens to low $20 per-sf range. Leone along with John Lasher, also with Richards Barry Joyce and Partners, handled the leasing arrangements for the owner, Advance Realty Group. The tenant was self-represented.
