The project site is within the HighPark master-planned business development at Alicia Parkway and Jeronimo Road. It was built out in one construction phase with seven of the buildings designed as single-story shell space.
Raymond Polverini, SVP at CT Realty, notes that 40% of CentrePointe was pre-sold before the project broke ground in May 2004, with buyers including business owners who live nearby. Ware Malcomb of Irvine designed the new office campus, with Scott Johnstone, Bryon Ward and Greg Puccinelli of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office representing CT Realty in the property sales.
Among the buyers were Financial Management Network Inc., PrimeQ Solutions, Maples Communications, Princeland Properties and Western DevCon Inc. Project amenities include extensive landscaping, a four-to-one parking ratio, nearby shopping and restaurants and building-top signage. Construction financing was provided through Fremont Investment & Loan.
