Settled into the new role is Robert E. Ratelle Jr., who previously was an officer of Presidio Investments Ltd. and Circa Capital Corp., both in Dallas. While at Presidio, he closed at least $300 million in transactions.
"As we're growing, we feel we needed to bring in that kind of expertise to accommodate financial matters related to acquisition and development," Kevin Santaularia, president of the Dallas-based Bradford, tells GlobeSt.com. Ratelle's responsibilities include investment banking strategies with regard to acquisitions and dispositions.
During his career, Ratelle has handled deals involving more than $1.5 billion of asset value. He's also been involved in the redevelopment and repositioning of several million sf of value-add commercial properties.
