The medical center sale was one of two reported recently by the Newport Beach office of Marcus & Millichap. In the other, Gelber Higgins Investments bought an office building of nearly 7,000 sf at 380 Glenneyre St. in Laguna Beach from the Monohan Family Trust for more than $2.87 million.
The seller, which had owned the property since 1978, was represented by John Reinhardt of Marcus & Millichap. The buyer was represented by Mark Christy of Prudential.
