Nuclear Logistics Inc. signed a renewal just a couple months early after two weeks of negotiations with the Chicago-based property owner, First Industrial Trust Inc., for the two-building complex at 7450 Whitehall St., Todd Lambeth with Dallas-based Bradford Cos. tells GlobeSt.com. "It was easy," the tenant rep says. "It wasn't a hard deal." And this time, there was no searching the market, but he says that could change down the road because Nuclear Logistics would like to have its shop under one roof.

Lambeth says the tenant opted for an "as-is" lease for the Midway Business Park space. First Industrial had in-house executive Mitch Pruitt negotiate its terms. Office/warehouse space in the area ranges from $3.26 per sf to $7 per sf, according to a recent industrial market report.
