Josh Wyss with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, LLC's Industrial Group in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com that the firm searched the area 18 months before selecting the 437 W. Fairmont Ave. site, basing the decision on the proximity to its manufacturing facility. "They chose the Tempe location because the Broadway Industrial Park is central to the entire Valley and close to their Mesa location," says Wyss, noting the company is the building's sole occupant.
Wyss, the tenant's rep, says the eight-year-old structure previously was occupied by Action Moving and Storage, a United Van Lines affiliate. Bruce Calfee with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial LLC's Industrial Group represented the building owner, Genmar LLC.
