A class A facility, 8301 Professional Place is one of nine buildings Advance owns at Metro East. The two-story structure was recently renovated following former sole tenant Lucent Technologies' departure earlier this year. "The capital improvement program we put in place at this facility is a reflection of Advance's philosophy of creating the best possible facilities for our tenants--present and future," Fisher notes.
