A partnership of Indianapolis-based Lutz Real Estate Investments Inc., Becker Ventures LLC of Troy, MI and Atlanta-based Hayman Co. was the seller. Tom Bacon, Dan Dubrowski and Glen Lowenstein, principals in four-year-old Lionstone, didn't respond to GlobeSt.com's request for comments on the transaction.

However, Bill Weghorst, senior vice president and director of Houston-based PM Realty Group's Atlanta Region, says Lionstone selected PM's Atlanta office to lease and manage the class A building, which is across the street from the Buckhead Marta rail station. The advertised rental rate is $21 per sf.

Weghorst says PM will relocate its regional headquarters to the Peachtree Lenox Building within 60 days. The building's rent roll includes Bigelow Advertising; Bosley Medical Group; the Withrow, McQuade & Olsen law firm; and Morton's Steakhouse.

In metro Atlanta, PM leases or manages One Atlantic Center, Two Ravinia, One Glenlake, Mansell One and Mansell Two, Holcomb Woods Business Park, 2100 RiverEdge, Northchase Office Park, Piedmont Place and the ISS headquarters building.
