The towers of Icon Brickell will range from 52 to 60 stories and contain 1,774 residential units across all three towers, with 135 Viceroy Icon Brickell hotel and condo hotel units on nine floors of the center tower. Kor Group's hospitality division has Viceroy branded properties in Santa Monica and Palm Springs, CA along with Avalon Hotel and Maison 140 in Beverly Hills, CA among others.
International designer Philippe Starck will design the clubhouse, lobbies and gardens along with interiors of the condominiums, which will include fixtures designed by him. Jorge Perez, chairman and CEO of Related Group of Florida, worked with Starck on previous projects. Referring to the "unrivaled waterfront site," Perez says in a statement that Starck "would be the perfect partner to help us create an exciting group of buildings worthy of the location." The project architect is Arquitectonica.
