Maloney joined the company as SVP of operations and business development for the resorts division in 2001. A year later he was named SVP of the parent company and president of its resorts division. In his new post he will oversee human resources and the legal and information technology departments as well as owner relations, sales and marketing, product development and resorts management operations. He reports to George F. Donovan, president and CEO of the corporation.
Koscher has been with Bluegreen since 1986 and has held several posts, most recently SVP of the corporation and president of the communities division, responsibilities he will retain as CEO of communities. He will report to and become a member of a newly formed management committee that also includes Donovan and Maloney.
Liber joined Bluegreen as director of vacation rentals in 2000 and, within six months, was promoted to VP of resort services. In her new post she will continue to be responsible for the resorts' owner relations organization and also continue to oversee the owner written communications department and a variety of programs within the resorts division. She reports to Maloney.
