The two story property, used primarily as an outpatient surgery center, is 100% leased, with Sinai Hospital of Detroit occupying 22,317 sf on the lower level, first floor and part of the second floor. The hospital is part of the Detroit Medical Center, which belongs to Wayne State University.

The remainder of the second floor, consisting of 4,900 sf, is the location for the University Orthopedic Associates of Detroit. Chicago-based Tartan Realty Group Inc. arranged a long-term mortgage/acquisition loan in the amount of $6.4 million.
