"I felt like it was a good opportunity," Nathan Denton, who left as vice president's slot with locally based Henry S. Miller Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com, citing ownership in the company as the motivation to change affiliations. Denton began his career at the firm six years ago.
Denton says it will take 60 to 90 days to wrap up pending deals with Henry S. Miller Commercial, but his black book definitely goes with him to the affiliate office of the Southern California-based Lee & Associates. Denton this year closed 38 industrial transactions with sales exceeding $6 million and leasing values of $5.2 million for a combined 608,000 sf. He joins the local office's founding members Trey Fricke, Ken Wesson and Greg Nelson.
"Nathan will do great things," says Greg Trout, Henry S. Miller Commercial's president of the industrial and office leasing division. "He will be very much missed by me and Henry S. Miller Commercial."
