Kevin Malloy, senior vice president with Lincoln Properties, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm selected the property, located in Minuteman Park, because it offered an upgraded image just a half-mile from its previous location at 800 Federal St. The firm currently occupies about 32,000 sf there.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Malloy says office space in the area generally leases in the high teens to low $20s per sf gross. Malloy along with colleague Scott Parrish handled the arrangements for Zwicker. Owner Brickstone Properties, which owns and manages the portfolio of buildings at the 94-acre, six-building Minuteman Park campus, was self represented by Brickstone president Martin Spagat and Jeff Spagat, also with Brickstone.
