"We needed to expand and wanted to get a higher image building," Seth Weinstein, Predium co-founder, tells GlobeSt.com. "The Legacy market is the hottest in Dallas. We wanted to be where the growth is." The relocation to 7160 Dallas Parkway took place in sync with a lease expiration in Heritage Square at 4835 LBJ Freeway, he says.
Weinstein and partner Mitch Wolff, whose firm also has offices in San Jose and Cincinnati, signed a three-year sublease for class A office space previously occupied by Equant, a telecom group headquartered in the Netherlands. Mary Stoner with Colliers International Inc.'s Dallas office represented Equant.
Wolff says the extra room is needed because the firm's looking to add more brokers to the local team. "We are looking for highly motivated, smart and hard-working individuals" he says, "and who have the customer in mind more than anything else."
